Candle Pouring Experience (Individual)
- Each session includes a candle pour experience for 1 large vessel (300-400g). If you would like to make more than one candle, you will need to book a separate session for each candle you wish to make.

Pour Candle Bar is located inside Mistletoe & Holly at Shop 1, Koombana Court, 141 Victoria Street Bunbury

Upon arrival you will need to show your booking confirmation and ID to check-in.

Sessions typically last 1.5hrs. Once the session is done, the candles will take about 2 hours to set enough for you to take them home. You can come back after 2 hours (for sessions prior to 12noon) or any time during our opening hours. We also hold your candles for up to 30 days, so feel free to come back another day to pick them up.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. We understand that parking can be difficult, so allow enough time to park and get to us. We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 10 minutes late; this is to ensure that they get the full candle making experience.

There are no refunds on cancellations of group bookings. We are happy to re-schedule your booking with 48 hours notice to another available date however you can only reschedule once, and can only reschedule the entire group.
- Please note that children under 14 years are not permitted in store while you are pouring so please make alternative arrangements for their supervision. Children 15 years and over can participate in our candle making experience however ID will be required for proof of age

* If postage cost is MORE than the rate paid at checkout, you will be invoiced the difference. If postage cost is LESS than the rate paid at checkout you will be refunded the difference.
* Shipping price includes all packaging & processing costs
* We cannot combine postage on multiple orders once your order has been placed. (ie if you place multiple orders, they will be sent separately.)
* Due to inventory managament, once your order has been placed, changes cannot be made.
Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during non peak times. (5-7days during peak times)
Delivery Times
* We use Australia Post to ship our parcels. Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we cannot control the delivery times. We cannot take responsibility for delays incurred once your parcel has left us.

*Refunds will not be given for delays in shipping
* Unfortunately we do not allow cancellations, exchanges or returns on PRE-ORDER or BUY-IN items.
*We wil not replace items that are damaged, however if your items is faulty due to manuracturing (does not function properly, or has a manufacturing defect) you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order to notify us of the issue.
*Once the damage is assessed, if approved, a store credit will be isusued if returned within 7 days.
* For items damaged in transit, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post.
WHAT IS A BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER?
This means we do not have the items in stock. A BUY-IN means we will only order in if we reach a set MOQ by our supplier. A PRE-ORDER means we have already ordered the item and it will arrive from our supplier very soon.
By purchasing a PRE-ORDER item, the customer will get 'first dibs' on the items before they arrive in stock. Alot of the time, PRE-ORDERS will sell out and we cannot guarantee we can re order them, so it is a great way to guarantee you get your favourite item.
* You will be charged $28 at time of ordering for BUY-IN/PRE-ORDERS. Once items arrive, if shipping is MORE than the amount paid you will be invoiced the difference, if shipping is LESS than the amount paid you will be refunded the difference
* Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations cannot be made on BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER items.
* Please make note of the ETA for BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER items as we cannot offer a refund for delays in arrival.
* Estimated arrival time is a guide only. All efforts are made to get items shipped from our supplier as soon as possible, however on occasion, there may be delays due to unforseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
* All shipping updates for BUY-IN/PRE-ORDER items are posted to the Facebook page. We will not respond to emails/messages asking when items will arrive.
